tk99 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms in full before using any service on the tk99 platform. By registering an account, claiming a bonus, or making a financial transaction, you are agreeing to all of these terms.

1 General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tk99 platform and all of its associated services. tk99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for users in Bangladesh.
Where these Terms are published in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version takes precedence for users in Bangladesh. tk99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any update will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Using tk99's services means you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms. If any term is unclear, please contact the tk99 support team.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" means tk99's website, mobile app and all associated digital services.
- "User" or "Member" means any person registered on tk99.
- "Account" means a user's individual registered profile and balance.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by tk99 that cannot be withdrawn until specified conditions are met.
2 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use the tk99 platform. Registration by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. tk99 may request identity documents for age verification at any time, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
2.2 Accurate Information
You are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, tk99 reserves the right to cancel that account and forfeit any winnings. The name, address and mobile number provided during registration will also be used for payment processing.
2.3 One Account per Person
Each individual may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name will be treated as bonus abuse and all related accounts will be closed. If multiple members of the same household wish to open accounts from the same device or IP address, tk99 support must be notified in advance.
3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your tk99 username and password confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else may compromise your account's security, and tk99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from this.
- Use a strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
- Avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi networks.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify tk99 support immediately.
- Always log out when you have finished using the platform.
tk99 will never ask for your password by email or chat. If anyone asks for your password, treat it as a fraud attempt.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The minimum deposit amount on tk99 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.3 Transactions to Your Own Account
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The name on the deposit account and the name on the withdrawal account must match.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tk99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — and ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on tk99 games.
- The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
- Abuse of bonuses from the same device or IP address will result in the closure of the accounts involved.
5.3 VIP Cashback
Weekly cashback is available across tk99's three VIP tiers: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Example: a Silver-tier member who loses a net ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games in tk99's casino and sports betting sections are conducted according to set rules. The specific rules for each game can be found in the game's interface. tk99 reserves the right to void any abnormal results caused by a technical error.
6.2 Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- If a bet cannot be completed due to an internet disconnection, the decision will be made based on server logs.
- tk99 reserves the right to review any bet placed at implausible or suspicious odds in sports betting.
6.3 Jackpots and Special Prizes
For jackpot wins, tk99 will only pay out the prize after identity verification. A jackpot found to have resulted from a technical error will not be paid out.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk99 platform:
- Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Unauthorised access to another user's account or any form of cyber attack.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or odds.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
- Collecting other users' personal information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted region.
If any of the above activities are proven, tk99 will immediately close the account in question and reserves the right to forfeit all funds.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by tk99
tk99 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:
- Any violation of these Terms.
- Failure to submit identity verification documents.
- As a temporary measure while an investigation is ongoing.
- By order of a court or relevant authority.
8.2 Closure by the User
Any user may close their own account by contacting tk99 support. Any eligible funds remaining in the account must be withdrawn before closure — this will not be possible after the account is closed. A voluntary temporary break can also be taken at any time by following the responsible gaming guidelines.
9 Responsible Gaming
tk99 believes that gaming is for entertainment, not as a source of income. Online betting and casino games should be used in moderation for entertainment purposes only. All members aged 21 and over have the option to set their own limits.

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution from support, you may submit a formal appeal. Please include a written description and any relevant screenshots or evidence with your appeal. tk99 will communicate its decision within a reasonable time after receiving the appeal.
11.3 Time Limit for Disputes

12 Terms Changes
tk99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. If there are significant changes, tk99 will notify users via their registered email or platform notifications.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
